Viasphere was started in 2016 by Ilhan Okoro, a former international admissions reader, after watching too many strong applicants get rejected over avoidable errors — mismatched SOPs, missing financial documents, visa interviews they were never prepped for. The company stayed intentionally small: four full-time consultants, each responsible for one discipline, rather than a call-center model of rotating case handlers.

What we won’t do
We turn down cases where a country or program is a poor academic fit, even when a student is willing to pay for the attempt. We also do not accept payment structured as a percentage of loan amount — our fee is fixed per service, disclosed before you sign anything.
How we measure ourselves
Visa approval rate and first-semester dropout rate, tracked per consultant and published internally every quarter. A high offer count with a poor visa rate is treated as a failure, not a win.
